- Order or invoice number (if applicable)

- Snap a photo of the damage.

We will do our best and reply back as soon as we can. We will assess the damage based on the email and provided image to see what best course of action to take. If the item is fixable, we will provide instructions on how to ship the repair to us for this service. Do allow up to 2-3 weeks for repairs. This may vary depending on the existing workload we have at the time of service.
